The 1st ever CrossFit Invitational presented by Reebok will be held at the ExCel Exhibit Center in London on October 13th featuring a throwdown between the US and Europe with Rich Froning as team captain of the US, and Annie Thorisdottir as team captain of Europe. The event will be broadcast live on Eurosport.

We are pleased to announce that Reebok CrossFit Stockport will be taking part in The Great Yorkshire Stair Climb 2012. This event is being organized by G-Rex Fitness and is in aid of The Yorkshire Cancer Centre.
The event is set to take place in Leeds and participants will be climbing Bridgewater Place, the tallest building in Yorkshire. The event is set to take place on Saturday 24th November of this year and will be £20 per entrant.

A number of you have been asking about the opportunity to compete. Here it is folks. The Divided We Fall Games ’12 Powered by Reebok. This is a team competition that will utilize mixed gender teams that will attack various challenges set before them.
The competition will take place in Swansea, Wales and will be on November 3rd & 4th. We will need both men and women to compete in this competition gang. Please let me know if you think this is something that you might like to get involved with. If you don’t want to compete it would be awesome if you come and get involved with the community and supporting our gym.

We welcome entries from England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales to make the ultimate dream team to represent each of the 4 countries in the final. Individuals must register themselves and can then partake at any registered affiliate. Entry is via Paypal and the cost is £6. You must state your full name, age and country you wish to represent. Masters are 45yrs+. The WODs will be released in August.• Please send £6 via Paypal per individual to : jo@trainmanchester.co.uk
• We will release a full list of all registered affiliates at the end of July, so if your box hasn’t already registered with us, give them a polite prompt. Registering your affiliate is free.
